22nd Annual Lake Joe Pool Run presented by Baylor Medical Center at Irving consists of three events: a 1-mile fun run, 10K run, and 5K run or walk.

• SCHOOL CHALLENGE

The Grand Prairie Metro Rotary is again inviting youto come join in the fun and excitement at the 2008Elementary and Middle School Challenge. This is agreat way for you to support your school andcommunity and have fun at the same time.

Maybe you have a teacher, parent or administratorinterested in starting the school challenge at yourschool this year! Maybe you have a track team/club,PTA group, or school group that would like to getinvolved.

The School Challenge will be based on the number ofparticipants on each team. Team may consist ofstudents, parents, friends, and teachers. The top threeschools will receive:

• 1st Place Team Award and $500

• 2nd Place Team Award and $250

• 3rd Place Team Award and $125

The cost is $10 per participant. Team registrationdeadline is October 3, 2008.Entry forms, team rosters and fees should be taken to:
