Forté Goal: To offer industry-specific value added programming.
Program Objective: To educate women about careers in financial services, and to differentiate Forté companies as the best place to work for women in finance.

Key Learnings:• Broad, relevant messaging = greater results.
• Can’t control quality of clickthroughs (e.g. profile of Power Tools submissions)
• Limited to available keywords – high quality key words purchased by
others (esp. MBA)
• Continue to explore other non-profit programs (e.g. YouTube)
• Will website traffic gains continue post-campaign??
Objective: increase efficiency/effectiveness of marketing and promotion initiatives by encouraging users to maintain an updated profile
