Intragency EPA Email from David Albright to Aaron Setran and Rich Campbell regarding the demand letter sent to PTP to settle Underground Injection Control violations.Sent on 6/7/07 at 3:24 p.m.Mr. Albright was responding to an earlier email from Aaron Setran about changing management at PTP.Some text in earlier emails on the thread were redacted by the EPA, which withheld the information under Freedom of Information Act Exemption (b)6 for privacy.Some text in earlier emails on the thread were redacted by the EPA, which withheld the information under Freedom of Information Act Exemption (b)5 for attorney-client privilege, deliberative process, or attorney work product. The redaction was also due to Freedom of Information Act Exemption (b)7 for law enforcement purposes. FYI: I spoke w/ PineView's administrative assistance (Melinda) this morning regarding the appropriate addresses on the impending demand letter. She indicated that Ray May's brother, Leon, should also be addressed as he is handling most of the day-to-day business for the company. Ray May, according to Melinda, has e and is therefore not too involved with the business as of late. Melinda also stated that we should copy Ernie Crowley on the letter as he is the project manager for the PineView Estates project. The demand letter, now in signature loop, has been amended to reflect Melinda's suggestions.
