U.S. Blackout for August 12th, 2003Last August 12th was the 20th anni-versary of the Montauk Project. The Montauk

P U Sstory is a confluence of different reali-ties, but they choose to be myopic aboutonly “this reality.” Although he wasambushed on this show, he correctlypredicted there would be a major black-out somewhere around the 10th to the14th of August of last year. The black-out, the largest in world history, oc-curred on August 14th. It should benoted that Preston Nichols has longbeen on record as having stated that theaforesaid biorhythm actually runsthrough the Earth either directly onAugust 12th or several days before orafter. This is the same phenomena; itjust occurred on a different day.

A study was done on the black outwhich revealed that if one draws an arcwith the areas that were blacked out,the middle of the circle (which was notactually a complete circle but a partialone) is a locale in upstate New York onthe Rip Van Winkle grid line that iscalled Cairo, New York. By happen-stance, coincidence, or just pure “in-tended” synchronicity, Preston Nicholshad just purchased a new piece of prop-erty in that exact locale. He has movedto Cairo as of October 2003. There isa considerable amount of legend andlore concerning his property, as well as

cosmic principle which underlies and issuperior to all of creation. It is byreason of not seeking superiority thatthe Tao retains this characteristic.

The Montauk Project: Experimentsin Time unveiled the quantum infinityof the Tao which includes countlesstime lines which can potentially be ac-cessed. My own investigation of Timeand the Unified Field resulted in phe-nomena as if a genie bottle was un-corked and emitted synchronicity at afar faster rate than I could assimilate orcohesively craft into readable and un-derstandable books that would ex-

plain everything encountered. Al-though I was able to write a few books,it was as if black and white pieces of achess set emerged out of the geniebottle to vie for position and tried topolarize me into taking sides. All ofthis included intriguing dialogues andadventures with regard to AmadoCrowley; Marjorie Cameron, thewoman who was the focal point of theBabalon Working; and an investiga-tion of the death of Jack Parsons.

As the Tao, so to speak, acted likea quantum leak that was streaming outof the genie bottle, it seemed as if every

the little town, but Preston was com-pletely suprised by all of it. One ironyis that his new home was formerly thelocation of a very prominent MasonicLodge. In fact, it was so important thatall but two of the U.S. presidents priorto FDR visited it. The man who soldPreston the house, who was not awareof Preston’s celebrity, also said that hisfather was involved in the PhiladelphiaExperiment. The above is quite re-markable, but Preston has had manysuch strange and synchronous experi-ences in his life. It was only when Ibecame involved with studying himand his research that I began to precipi-tate synchronous experiences of myown. The reason for this is that I wasstudying the subject of time. The wordsynchronicity, which means “time to-gether” (synchronicity could also beconstrued to mean “drawing time to-gether” or “synthesizing time”) can lit-erally be construed to be the crack in thecosmic egg because it reveals associa-tions via the Unified Field. The Phila-delphia Experiment and MontaukProject both tapped the Unified Fieldand literally manipulated coincidencesand events in time to take place. Whenone studies this portal, one is also open-ing the door to a new wave of experi-encing and thinking. For the readingaudience, the beginning stages of thisrevelation were told through Preston’sunique experiences and insights withregard to the Unified Field; but, there isa lot more to the equation. The MontaukProject: Experiments in Time was suc-cessful to the degree it was because itgave you (the audience) a scientificreference frame by which you couldcorrelate your own experiences in thisregard. It also, hopefully, enhancedyour own ability to experience. WhenThe Montauk Project was released in1992, it catalyzed the entire nation intoa new wave of thinking. All of a sud-

den, the minds of people were beingexposed to a torrent of data they hadnever received before, let alone con-template. It shook the very foundationsof the way we think. As this placed aconsiderable amount of attention onPreston Nichols, Duncan Cameron, AlBielek, and myself, this caused a sub-stantial consternation to the media au-thorities who put a very effective lid onus disseminating this informationthrough the use of major media. Evenalternative media outlets have beenknown to stomp hard on us. Even so,the pen is mightier than the sword andthe truth leaked out. The media au-

thorities then employed the stragey of“emulate, dilute, and distract” by steal-ing the various themes and creating awhole new genre of shows, the mostpopular and successful of which wasThe X Files. This created a wonderfulsmokescreen for people who were foundcontemplating certain theories aboutgovernment conspiracy. One could saythat the person thus theorizing had beenwatching too much of The X Files.

Actually, Preston and I were sur-prised at how well received TheMontauk Project was, and we sincerelythank everybody for all of their interest.Actually, I never had too much time tosuffer much disappointement with the

In the beginning of my writingcareer, there were some who wanted tolabel me as a hack writer who knewnothing about nothing. In other words,there were efforts to minimalize myimportance without even knowing whoI was or what I stood for. I was amusedby this because the release of theMontauk information was really onlythe beginning of what is designed to bea major springboard of change. TheMontauk Project is a story of howquantum reality interfaces with plau-sible reality. It is also a symptom ofwhat is not only wrong on this planetbut in the quantum sphere as well.Thus, the disclosure of the MontaukProject is only the beginning of whatcan be considered a quantum stream ofrevelation. Revelation is defined as astriking disclosure of something notpreviously known or realized. In the-ology, revelation is defined as God’sdisclosure or manifestation to man ofhimself and his will. It is this latterdefinition which brings us to the hori-zon of the Seventh Seal, a conceptwhich reaches far beyond the biblicalinterpretations and includes the openingof the mind to infinite possibilities. ■

spirit of darkness and light not only came out to make theirtwo-cent comment but seemed more intent on putting thecork back on the bottle. These manifested as all sorts of lowerechelon people who tried to dampen the show and minimizeany potential fun. Finally, after years or developing andworking this book, it is done. This book will keep the corkoff the bottle permanently. There is no longer anythinganyone can do to prevent this.

This book also includes the concept of the Book ofRevelation and the Apocalypse, but when the truth is actual-ized, these are found to be very misunderstood terms. Apoca-lypse literally means to “uncover the the Goddess Calypso,”and Calypso phonetically means “by way or by fact of theGoddess Kali.” Although it is not stated in the book,Marjorie Cameron told me that synchronicity is the languageof magick and that my life was laced with synchronicity. Myadventures with her led to an increased capacity to experi-ence synchronicity which led to my adventures with Ong’sHat, Joseph Matheny, and his Metamachine, a computerizedstate-of-the-art synchrnoicity generator which was, in fact,an artificial intelligence which seemed to gate in actualspirits. If not, it certainly simulated them. Finally, I was ableto process all these synchronous experiences to the pointwhere you can now read information that will blow apart pastfalse and misleading “Christianized” concepts of what theApocalypse, Revelation and advent of the Messiah are reallymeant to signify. Although most of the book contains over400 pages of fun and high adventure, the core scholarship ofthese matters cannot be refuted even by all of the previousprofessors or clergymen who have missed the point. Thoseof you who have read the Summer 2003 issue of The Pulsealready have a clue with regard to this.

Part of this revelation also discloses the “lost word” ofFreemasonry. Although this word is really not unknown tomagical adepts, it is seldom, if ever, publicly connected to theadvent of the Messiah (or messianic principle, if you prefer)itself. When one understands the words and basic concepts,all the drivel of igonorance falls away. It will be interestingto observe what happens as this book is released to the world.

After a clearly explained review of quantum mechanicsand the Many Worlds Theory, which validates the scientific

inevitibility of parallel universes, this is utilized as a literaryvehicle to briefly explain some of my core experiences withsynchronicity, and how I was able to access and expose thisinformation. This includes the revelation of how theGovernment’s remote viewing program was directly set upby high level Scientologists (Ingo Swann, Pat Price, and HalPuthoff) who ended up working for the same governmentwhich effectively raided Scientology and put L. RonHubbard’s wife in prison. Although remote viewing is anintensely popular and chic subject, it is mostly a lot ofglamour with no real or tangible substance. The reason forthis is that virtually all of the remote viewers are highlyprogrammable. That is why most of them were selected inthe first place. Many years before I came along, Preston saidhe was approached by Ingo Swann, who used a differentname, and tried to stop his early investigation of the MontaukProject. This suggests that if there is such a thing as anunrestricted fountain of divine expression in this universe,there is considerably more effort dedicated to damning it up.These blockages would be analogous to the jinn or daemonlegion which are said to dwell within or at the portal of the72 pathways of the human brain. These 72 sacred pathwaysrepresent the full functioning of the human brain, includingall ESP functions, most of which remain dormant in humanbeings. Opening the Seventh Seal includes opening theseportals. There are, of course, many different systems andphilosophies that purport to deal with this phenomena, butwe are only now coming into a time when any of them havea decent chance of working. If there is any good news, it is thatI have been invited to speak at a youthcamp in Romania that is sponsored byDavid. Romania still has a Time TravelResearch facility as David employedRomanians as they have the best math-ematicians in the world. Recently,The Montauk Project has been trans-lated into the Romanian language.Although I cannot guarantee it, I hopeto see David this summer.
