Input: Organisational charts, policy plans, planning documents, development plans, self-evaluation documents, external contact lists.Process: Scrutinizing the documents, interviews considering with relevant team/s of the applicant about 1 – 4. Asking the applicant about it priorities within each of 1-4 and between 1-4. From the interviews extracting a priority matrix with 1-4 and subitems. Both the accredition team and the applicant fill in priorities and the these are compared, changed and discussed; hopefully leading to a consensus matrix.Output: Consensus matrix (possibly with marked differences).
