OBJECTIVES
The objective of the Annual Scientific Program of the CanadianSociety of Plastic Surgeons is twofold. It is designed to provideattendees with an overview of developments in the diverse aspectsof plastic surgery as well as information on new techniques andresearch results. An opportunity is provided for practitioners andresidents to present results and progress reports on their ownresearch.

The Department of Continuing Medical Education, The University ofManitoba is accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Cana-dian Medical Schools (CACMS) as well as the AccreditationCouncilfor Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) of the United States, tosponsor medical education for physicians. The De-partment of Con-tinuing Medical Education designates this educational offering for amaximum of: - 20 hours Category 1 study credits for the Physicians Recogni-tion Award of the American Medical Association. Each physician may claim only those hours of credit thathe/she actually spent at the educational activity.
