Lady Jane Edwards | BBS Communications Executive Chairman and OwnerJane has almost 30 years’ experience as a Director of Government, Business and not for profit Boards. She is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Institute of Management and the Public Relations Institute of Australia. Jane is an adjunct professor at the UQ School of Communications and Journalism and since the year 2000 has served as the Honorary Consul for France in Queensland.

Scott Douglas | QIC Investment General Manager Scott commenced his property career with QIC in 1993 and moved to Westfield from 1997 to 2002 and returning to QIC in 2002 as National Development Manager before moving to the Funds Management Team in January 2005. From 2009 until now Scott has been working in the Investment Management team and is responsible for delivery of a number of QIC’s development projects.

Greg Clarke | McGees Property Director – Department Head, ValuationsGreg has over 35 years’ experience as a registered Valuer in Queensland. Specialising in the assessment of market value and market rent for retail, commercial and industrial property throughout the State. His passion for retail investments has resulted in his commitment to the Retail Committee of the Property Council of Australia - Qld Division; where he was a member since 2002 and Chairman since 2012.

Geoff McIntyre | JLL Managing Director Geoff McIntyre was appointed Managing Director of JLL Queensland in September, 2009 and also leads the Queensland Capital Markets team. Geoff has over 23 years’ experience in real estate, specialising in the disposal of commercial, retail and development properties. Geoff has been a member of the PIF Board of Advisors since 2013.

Chris Mountford | Property Council of Australia Queensland Executive Director Chris Mountford is the Queensland Executive Director of the Property Council of Australia. As well as pursuing its core business of advocacy and public affairs, the Property Council operates education, research, publishing and networking businesses. In his role Chris oversees the Property Council’s policy, government advocacy and commercial activities in Queensland.

Christine O’Hara | Investa General Manager, Brisbane CBD Portfolio Christine O’Hara is General Manager of one of Investa’s two commercial office portfolios in Brisbane and has over 20 years’ experience in the Property and Finance sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Accounting and is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Christine chairs the PCA CCRE Committee and sits on the Committee for the Salvo’s Red Shield Appeal.

Brian McGuckin | LauDan Developments DirectorBrian has had a career in the Property Industry which spans almost 30 years, working in the UK, Europe and Australia. Brian was the General Manager Queensland for Leighton Properties for many years, but has now started his own Property Development Company, LAUDAN Developments. Brian is a founding member of the Board of Advisors for PIF and was appointed Chairman of the Qld Board and a Director on the National Board of PIF earlier this Year.

Matthew Rollason | Dibbs Barker Partner Property and Projects Group Matthew has more than 20 years’ experience as a property, commercial and corporate lawyer. His areas of specialisation include commercial property acquisitions and disposals, commercial property development, restructures and workouts and asset management and realisation. Matthew is a member of the PCA and the UDIA. He is a member (and Treasurer) of the PIF Board of Advisors.

Ben Slack | Urbis Director Ben is an urban planner with over 25 years’ experience in private consulting, Local and State Government. Ben has spent the last 20 years in private practice. Ben specialises in development facilitation and negotiation as well as the preparation of planning policy documents for both the private sector and government for developing areas. Ben is a member of the Property Council Planning and Development Committee.

Michael Rayner | Cox Rayner Principal Director Michael Rayner is the Principal Director of Cox Rayner in Brisbane and an Adjunct Professor in Architecture at the University of Queensland and at Griffith University. His practice has won an unprecedented eight World Architecture Festival Awards. He was awarded a member of the Order of Australia in 2011 for services to architecture and the Queensland community.

Renaye Peters | Conrad Gargett DirectorRenaye is a Director at Conrad Gargett and has over 25 years of infrastructure experience. This includes contributing to the development of Queensland and Brisbane through participation on several boards and committees, such as Chair of the Queensland Government Precinct Advisory Committee, Brisbane City Council Infrastructure Committee, the Urban Land Development Authority and the University of Queensland Senate.
