INTRODUCTION

This tool will help you establish the basic principles and display standards in presenting the product. This will outline strategic steps on how to build consumer journey where it captures the sightlines, emphasize important product and maximize space allocation. Identifying product assortments plays a very important part to ensure strategies are sustainable and profitable. Display Standard Presentation uplifts the quality of item and service we offer. It is important that all staff should support this guidebook including the management team. Our consumer should consistently see VM Principles across our stores and it’s our responsibility to protect the brand identity.

This strategy grouped together all brands that offer the same function where it helps our consumer select and buy all related product in one zone or we also called One Stop Shop. It then provides the business multiple sales as it influence our consumer to get everything he needs in one destination. 1. Main Category (Silo) 2. Sub-Category (Sports/ Function) 3. Gender Split 4. Product Category (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories) 5. Brand Story
This strategy will support better Consumer Service as we would like to be known for offering the Best Sports product with the Best Sports brands in the world.

WHAT ARE THE PRODUCT ASSORTMENT?
CATEGORY CONCEPT
We grouped the product assortment into Main Categories with Sub-Category. Within Sub-Category, product is divided into Gender. In the Gender zone, consumer then can see all product segmentation from apparel, footwear and accessories. The most exciting part is highlighting a particular product story which create interest within the zone.

HOW TO POSITION GROUPED ASSORTMENT?
KEY PRINCIPLES
In Space Zoning, we should consider the following principles:
a. SPORTS PERFORMANCE must be the first thing our consumer
should see.
b. Lead the RIGHT side of the space with the highest sub-category
contribution within each Main Category
c. Use the Landscape and V-shape Principle in fixture mapping
LANDSCAPE concept- an inspiration where fixtures are selected
to adapt the concept of lake, trees and mountain.
V-SHAPE concept -is a fixture layout strategy to ensure all
product are visible and the most important items are emphasize.
d. Define EYE LEVEL Sightlines where it support the positioning of
important assortment
