membership dues must be paid in full for the 2020 membership year.

+ After Friday, July 17, 2020, price will incur a $450 late processing fee.

+ Charter exhibitors are defined as those who have participated 5 consecutive yearswith BIA-Hawaii’s HBRS and you will receive a 10% discount off the standard boothfee.

All fees and deposits are non-refundable. All commitment payments will be applied to invoice. Commitment forms only reserve space, payment must be received in full in order to move into the space.

Exhibitors will not be allowed to set-up their booth until all of the following is received by BIA-Hawaii:

1. The booth fees and BIA-Hawaii membership dues are paid in full.2. All agreement pages are initialed and signed.3. A certificate of insurance has been received by BIA-Hawaii.4. All staff have name badges
