HOSTAGES : The hostages are represented with Citizen models. They cannot be the target of explosions or attacks. GETTING A PASSWORD : A hero in a Citizen’s area may persuade them to give up their password by performing a complex thought with a difficulty of 4. The Investigation skill may be used. If successful, the hero obtains the password and places the Citizen model on their hero board to indicate it. DESTROYING A COMPUTER : A hero in a computer’s area may hack into it to prevent the virus from spreading. They may either: * perform a complex thought with a difficulty of 6. The Hacking skill may be used. * perform an automatic manipulation if they have obtained a password. Once they do this, they remove a Citizen model from their hero board. That model is removed from play. If successful, the computer is destroyed and its model is removed from play. DROP THE ACT : During the TRIGGER THE START OF THE VILLAIN’S TURN EFFECTS phase, if Jason Todd is still on the board and there are only 0, 1 or 2 computers remaining on the board, the villain replaces the Jason Todd miniature with the Clayface miniature. They also replace the Jason Todd tile and life point token with those of Clayface. SETUP : The villain places the Clayface tile, miniature and life point token next to the board. INFECTING A COMPUTER : A villain’s character in a computer’s area may infect it by performing a complex thought with a difficulty of 3.
