Life Learning Center’s Growth Plan– Director of Education Continuum announced As the next step in its strategic development plan, The Life Learning Center (LLC) of Covington, KY welcomes Bob Pautke as its Director of Education Continuum. He comes from an extensive business background in corporate leadership, small business ownership, and social enterprise. “We are excited to have Bob join our team,” said Denise Govan, LLC Executive Director. “His strengths-based approach to talent management and the employment space are a welcome addition that will help take us to the next level. Bob serves on several education and training boards, is the President of the Job Search Focus Group (JSFG), and has been active with local Chambers. His business and education network brings us a network of important relationships.” One aspect of Pautke’ s position is building a base of volunteer instructors, guest speakers, and life-experienced advisors. “Contribution is a key ingredient in our design,” said Bill Butler, LLC Board Member. We continue to receive faculty candidates from individuals who have walked a tireless trail of resiliency, and wish to volunteer to impact others in the community.” “This is a great opportunity to help people achieve a purposeful life, and I look forward to the challenge” said Bob. He and his wife Linda reside in Pierce Township, Ohio. Life Learning Center equips at-risk individuals in our community through PROCESS and SUPPORT necessary to achieve their highest potential in life and work. Our PROCESS includes our customized core curriculums, Working toward a Better LifeTM and Foundations for a Better LifeTM . We couple this with a parallel pathway of care and life coaching to SUPPORT their change process.
