Do: Students can tell stories together in many different ways; through pictures, words, drama and music.

Our students have had a wonderful week celebrating reading, arts and music!  Accreditations Update The School Leadership has been working on the First Report on Progress & Planning (FRPP) sent to the Council of International Schools (CIS) in the beginning of February. “There is much to commend in the systematic and student-focused manner in which the school has approached its action planning and targets in the wake of the February/March 2017 Visiting Team Report.” - CIS, March 2019  The whole school community should be proud of this achievement as a successful school requires a collaborative community effort. Together we can apply our skills and continue to create an even better learning environment for our students. Please contact James Teasdale if you would like further information about the CIS school improvement and accreditation process.

International Section School Fee As advised in our terms and conditions, the School Fee for attending the international section is subject to yearly adjustments in alignment with indexation used by the Gothenburg Region (GR). Accordingly, the School Fee for the 2019-20 academic year will be raised for the new year and the exact amount will be communicated in the next letter. Further information about the School Fee and Government Subsidy is available on the ISGR website.

School Facilities Improvements  Götaberg Campus has a newly constructed outdoor area with a multisport arena for sports including soccer, hockey and basketball, and a gym and obstacle course constructed on the hill area with new synthetic/all weather surfaces.

At the Guldheden Campus, the building of two additional portable cabins on the Guldhedsgatan side of the campus is completed and classes have commenced in the facility. We are continuing to work on improving the entrances to the Guldheden Campus and would like to remind all parents and students to use the entrances on the main playground/football field side of the building.
