Players will Form Two Lines, One Line on Both Sides of the Coach

(1) on (1) Competition

Forward with Power Turns around Cones

Coach will Push a Puck out to the Middle of the Ice

Both Players will Race to the Puck

First (1st) Player to the Puck is on Offense with the Second (2nd) Player battling to take the Puck away and be on Offense

Player with the Puck Attempts to get to the Net and Finish with a Shot or Deke on the Goalie
