o The call drop statistics are on the calls that are connected successfully but abnormally dropped due to eNB failure, by the MME or any other reason.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_DSP_AUDIT_RLC_MAC_CALL_RELEASE(count)

A call is released due to the resource mismatch, because the ECCB has remaining calls but the RLC and the MAC have no call remaining.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_RCV_RESET_REQUEST_FROM_ECMB(count)

A call is released due to receiving a reset request from the ECMB block due to refork of a specific block in eNB.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_RCV_CELL_RELEASE_IND_FROM_ECMB(count)

A call is released due to the Cell Release Ind message received from the ECMB block because of DSP down or CPRI failure caused by DSP problem.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_RADIO_LINK_FAILURE(count) A call is released due to radio link fail.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_DSP_AUDIT_MAC_CALL_RELEASE(count)

A call is released due to the resource mismatch, because the ECCB and the RLC have remaining calls but the MAC has no call remaining.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_ARQ_MAX_RE_TRANSMISSION(count) A call is released when ARQ ACK is not received from the UE after the RLC performs transmission as many as the Max Retransmission to the UE.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_DSP_AUDIT_RLC_CALL_RELEASE(count) A call is released due to the resource mismatch, because the ECCB and the MAC have remaining calls but the RLC has no call remaining.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_TMOUT_rrcConnectionReconfig(count) A call is released when the RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete message is not received from the UE after transmitting the RRC Connection Reconfiguration message.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_TMOUT_rrcConnectionReEstablish(count)

A call is released when the RRC Connection Reestablishment Complete message is not received from the UE after transmitting the RRC Connection Reestablishment message to the UE.

RRC Drop CallDrop_ECCB_S1_SCTP_OUT_OF_SERVICE(count) A call is released when the S1 Association’s status is changed from In Service to Out of Service state.

4. Integrity KPIs & Counters

o These statistics collects data for cell throughput of downlink/uplink transport blocks the ENB MAC allocated to UE.

o Mobility KPIs includes Inter ENB Handover, X2 & S1 handover KPIs.

o Overall Handover success rate is the combination of all 3 types of HO procedures.

o X2 & S1 handover will depends on the configuration of the interfaces.
