We worked through some problems
that the project had that I did not think
about. We also set deadlines for
certain things I have to do between
now and our next meeting.

Another great
meeting! We met for 2
hours and are very
close to making this
event problem-free.
Courtney did
everything I told her
to do since our last
meeting and kept me
informed. Today I
talked to her about
some problems that
could come up later in
the project that she

about.

We’re getting everything that we
wanted to get done by this time
done and putting everything
together.

The project is really coming
together. Courtney and I sat
down together and thoroughly
discussed all of our issues,
what all is done, what still
needs to be done, and what we
still need to work out. The
planning period is over, and
now we are in the
training/preparing/advertising
stage.
