Abs workouts strengthen the muscles around the spine and improve posture as the body's weight is correctly distributed. Keep in mind a healthy lifestyle is something we refine over time, not overnight. Do your best to stay safe, healthy and happy! Please post your video in Seesaw.

LIBRARY: I can’t wait to read all of the stories you have been writing at home over this quarantine time! I will save a section of our library shelves for any books you want to publish and share with other students. So keep writing!

Did you make your bed this morning? It’s easy! Just grab your sheets and blanket with both hands and pull them up to where your pillow is and flatten them down. Done!

It is time to say thank you to your parents/guardians for all that they are doing for you during this time. A lot has changed the last few months and it is always important to show thanks and appreciation for those who help and support you. You will pick at least one of the choices on the choice board provided and complete the activity (feel free to do all of them!). Be as creative as possible and have fun!
