6) I wi l l showcase what I have learn t on the features of the In ternet appl ica t ion too ls so far dur ing the next meeting.

Points to note in the meeting:

1) Agreed to standard iza t ion of names for bet ter branding eg. ccksingapore@gmail .com, cckz1rc@gmail .com, ht tp : / /www.f l i ck r . com/ccks ingapore , etc.

2) Mr Tan Chee Hong showcased his wonderfu l websi te at ht tp : / / s i t es .google .com/s i te /cckz6rc / for his RC Zone 6 and is happy to share his knowledge and st ructu re to be used by other in teres ted RCs/CSC/IAEC etc.

3) Mr Toh Eng Leong has agreed to learn how to upload photographs onto Photobucket in the fu ture .

4) We wi l l revamp exis t ing CCK websi te to have more comprehensive/s t ruc tu red in format ion and l inks to other re la ted RCs/CSC/IAEC etc and govt /wel fa re si tes .

Suggest ions

1) Mr Koh Chwee suggested to have a st ructu red websi te f rom CCC to CCMC to CSC/RCs/IAEC etc.

2) Mr Ng Kah King suggested to have opt in to sign up for events .

3) We wi l l use the st ructu re created by Chee Hong to setup other RCs/CSC/IAEC websi tes .

4) Mr Chan has suggested to publ ish and promote our CCK New Media In i t i a t i ves in upcoming August newslet te r . Art ic le submission clos ing date is end July .

5) We wi l l t ry to recru i t Senior Cit i zens and Students to help mainta in and update the websi tes .
