Andy sets 1 S T A S S E T’s strategic direction, manages the sales

teams and personally oversees all luxury top-end off market deals, typically

Sam Manning-Smith (BA Hons., MA, MBA) co-founded 1 S T A S S E T

in 2007, following an illustrious career as a Director of a multi-million

turnover media group.

Sam’s decision to launch 1 S T A S S E T with fellow Director Andy

Smith came in the same year that she was shortlisted for Business Woman

of the Year, included in Management Today’s ’35 under 35’ annual list of

high-flyers, and invited to Buckingham Palace to a reception for the 100

Most Influential Women in Business.

Hedie Yeganeh joined 1 S T A S S E T in 2013 as our Head of Prime

Lettings.

Having worked in the Prime Central London market for the last nine years,

Hedie specialises in high-end properties for international and domestic

clients. She was previously branch lettings manager at Faron Sutaria in

Chelsea, which was a Countrywide award winning office.

Hedie has previously worked in Dubai assisting Middle Eastern clients with

their property portfolio and speaks fluent Farsi and Swedish.

Edward McCulloch joined 1 S T A S S E T in 2013 as our Head of

Private Client Sales primarily concentrating on High and Ultra High Net

Worth requirements in Prime Central London. He has been involved in the

Chelsea and Fulham residential property market for over ten years.

During his time at John D. Wood & Co. he oversaw sales in excess of 300

properties. Prior to this, Edward worked with IBM Global Services as an

SAP Implementation Consultant in the Oil & Gas sector. Edward holds a

BA (Hons.) in Business Studies from The Robert Gordon University.

Andrina, our Head of Property Management, joined 1 S T A S S E T

in 2010 as our Senior Property Manager.

Having started her career in the property industry over nine years ago,

Andrina now oversees all property management and block management

operations including the management of a portfolio of over 200 properties

on behalf of our private clients.

Andrina is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents

(ARLA) and an Affiliate of the Institute of Residential Property Management

(IRPM).
