3. At the beginning of class, do not come to the teacher’s desk unless you are asked to do so.
4. Attendance has to be done first thing.
Entering the Classroom
Leaving the Class• The teacher dismisses you
NOT the bell.• I will release you after
everyone:– Gathers their belongings– Pick up paper & trash around
your seat/table.
• Put trash in the trash can as you exit.
Hall Passes
• 2 passes per 9 weeks • Teacher issues a GREEN
pass• Go to nearest AP office
(C202)• AP/AP Secretary will stamp
the back• Go to restroom/destination• Return ASAP
Nurses Pass
• Must have a Red Pass• There must be a medical reason.• Go straight to Nurse• Come back as soon as you can.• Nurse will not see you for:
– Tattoos
– Piercings
Sudden Illness
• Tell me if you are not feeling well.• Red pass will be filled out at the
beginning of class.• If you think you will vomit, take
the pass and go to the nurse or bathroom.
• Come back as soon as you can.
Conference
• Arrive daily by 7 AM
• Leave daily between 3:30 PM – 3:45 PM
• Conference daily is 5th period
Classroom Expectations
• Quietly and Promptly enter the room Prepared before the tardy bell stops ringing.
• Avoid shouting
• Have a blue/black pen
• Paper
• Have assignments ready to turn in on time.

learn.
– Allow teachers the right to teach.
– One person speaks at a time.
– Keep your hands to yourself and your own belongings or ask first.
Be Professional
No profanity or derogatory language.
Automatic detention.
Avoid, “SHUT UP”. Apologies and compliments will be expected if you
say, “Shut up”.

Consequences• 1st Warning – Called down by name
• 2nd Warning – Called down by name• Stay after class for 2 minutes• parent notification
• A second 2 minutes after class:• detention• parent notification
• A third 2 minutes after class:• Face to Face parent conference with me, you and an administrator.

• After face to face parent conference:
– 1 warning will be given in class.
– Sent to your principal’s office with a referral.
Respect others by not disrupting.
Dress Code PROHIBITED CLOTHING:
• Clothing, including tee shirts, which
displays, sex, violence, drugs, tobacco,
alcohol, death, gang or hate slogans or
pictures
• Short shorts, skirts (must be fingertip
length)
• Pants, shorts, and skirts with holes or tears
above the knee
• Pants, shorts, and skirts worn below the
waist (“sagging” garments are not
acceptable)
Dress CodePROHIBITED CLOTHING:
• Pajamas
• Underwear as outerwear, exposed underwear
(appropriate undergarments will be worn at
all times)
• Exposed midriff or cleavage
• Trench coats or dusters
• See through shirts (e.g., thin or mesh)
• Spaghetti straps, tank tops, basketball jersey
(unless worn over an appropriate garment,
such as an acceptable tee shirt)
Dress CodePROHIBITED GROOMING:
• Non-natural colored hair (green, blue, purple, orange,
cherry-red, etc.)
• Hats, caps, sunglasses
• Hairstyles that are distracting or disruptive (head and
facial)
• Bandanas, hairnets, skull caps
• Body piercing jewelry (other than jewelry in the ears)
• Jewelry – swastika’s, pentagram, spoons, drug related
items
• Heavy or spiked jewelry (e.g., dog collars, heavy chains)
• Body paint
• Tattoos with provocative, profane or offensive pictures or
writing
Consequence: 1st Violation
• Option to change or call parent
for a change of clothes.
• May not be out of class more
than 30 minutes.
• Change into Bronco Blues
Consequence: 2nd-4th Violations
Change into Bronco Blues or ISS
Consequence: 5+ Violation
Considered a failure to follow
district and campus policy and
will be handled accordingly.
Tardies• A tardy is when you are not
across the threshold when the tardy bell stops ringing.
• Go directly to the C202 to get a Tardy Pass.
• First 2 Tardies you will only receive a warning.
• On the 3rd Tardy you will be assigned a detention.

• This should only happen in an emergency.
• Please stay quiet by reading notes or working in your group on assignment.
• After visitor leaves, I’ll ask questions.
Fire Drills / Natural Disasters
• Stay calm
• Don’t talk
• Exit quickly
• Stay together as a class.
• Teacher will take role.
Fire Drill: go to the fence at the football field.
Tornado: F112 is a safe room. F113 & Daycare will join us.
