and Restaurant (APMHR)•Was founded informally by 4 HR Practitioners (Hilton, Hyatt, InterCon and Philippine Village)
Membership grew to 13•Mandarin, Peninsula, Westin, Ramada, Holiday Inn, Silahis, Sheraton, Hotel Nikko Manila Garden, Regent of Manila and Manila Hotel
17 new members joined•Manila Pen, Makati Shang, New World, Heritage, Manila Galleria, Holiday Inn, Tagaytay Highlands, Evercrest and Punta Baluarte

•The new name was a play on the word “arm” or “bisig”, which symbolizes service
