EXTERIOR: Exterior done new July 2006 by DevAir in Fort Lauderdale International, Always hangared since, Overall Vestal White, Dark Blue and Light Blue Stripes in excellent condition. INTERIOR: New interior by JR Aircraft Interior Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport done August 2006. Interior consists of 7 individual executive articulating seats with a rear private belted, flushing lavatory/seat (certified 8 seats). Forward slim-line refreshment center with forward coat closet/storage area, dual mid-cabin pyramid bars, dual cabin tables, all seats done in saddle leather with light brown carpet and carpet runner. Interior is in excellent condition. No sign-off noted for fire-blocking (only needed for Part 135). MAINTENANCE/ INSPECTIONS: (see full factory inspection program following photos) The aircraft is on the standard Beechcraft Factory Phase Maintenance program and has been since delivered new. It consists of hourly and calendar inspections per the Beech Chapter 5 Maintenance Program (see program following photos). Will be delivered with a fresh A, B, 3/6/12/24/36 month inspections, 1,800 Hr. overhauled pitch trim actuator by time and AD, all new tires, batteries and exterior Teflon treatment. Enrolled on CAMP. 2,400 Hr items, A/B/C checks, horizontal tail leading edge
and spar web inspections were all accomplished 11/2012 @ 6,177 AFTT (343 Hrs ago), LH/RH cockpit windshields changed with new on 11/12, wing attach bolts changed to new type per SB on 6/11, On 4/2014 @ 6,433 AFTT/4,997 landings accomplished 7,400 Hr/5,000 Ldg. landing gear tear-down/inspection/NDT/overhaul. Last D check accomplished 7/2006 @ 4,995 AFTT by Banyan FXE not due until 7,395 AFTT (875 Hrs remaining). Excellent records and logbook package, full traceability, all work orders and release tags since new. Both engines first hot section and second hot section and overhauls all done by Pratt & Whitney factory, matched pair, excellent condition, fresh borescope and power runs.

Installed engines are Pratt & Whitney JT15D-5’s Serial Numbers PCE-100387 LH and PCE-100387 which are 3,600 hours TBO and 1,800 hours SHS both engines are original, sequential and have matched times and were overhauled by the P&W factory in USA.
