Hughes Lifetime Commitment to Legal Services Award by the Atlanta Legal Aid Society. C. Richard Langley (1973) of Albany, GA, has associated with

Watson Spence. Frank C. Mills III (1973) of Canton, GA, retired from the Blue Ridge Judicial Circuit. Additionally, the Cherokee County justice

Georgia. T. Joseph Campbell (1974) of Calhoun, GA, retired from the Cherokee Circuit. Donald F. Walton (1974) of

Athens, GA, retired from the Department of Justice U.S. Trustee Program. 1975 – 1979 Clyde J. Gober Jr. (1976) of Canton, GA, retired from the Cherokee County State Court. Andrew H. Ernst (1977) of Savannah, GA, was named a “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend magazine. Timothy A. Pape (1977) of Rome, GA, retired from the Floyd County Juvenile Court. Additionally, he has joined the Council of Juvenile Court Judges as senior judge. James E.
