• Evaluate, negociate, purchase at a fair pricing for a single invoice

• Each member builts its own Collection Development Policy Statement thanks to friendly partnership

• National partnership (ABES, BNF, INIST, SDBD-MEN)

• International partnership (Europe, ICOLC)

• Built an advisory network in matter of information system (Long-term access & archiving, Integrated access to electronic ressources, Alternative ressources signalisation, Open archive & on-line publications, etc.)
