APPLICATION Houston Foam Plastics Inc., has applied to the Texas Commission on Envi-ronmental Quality (TCEQ) for renewal of Air Quality Permit Number 20198A, which would authorize continued operation of the Expanded Polystyrene Block-Molding Plant located at 11115 Osgood Street San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas 78233.
