. Working principle and operating procedure

1.

check the input voltage should be 3 P 380V (allowed fluctuate range105).

2. Push power onbutton, the indicate lamp light. Push: oil pump startbutton, the

indicate lamp of oil pump working light, Adjust the oil pump working pressure to

6-10Mpa.

3. Through heavy-load conveying roller, transfer H-section steel above 180

overturning machine.

4.Push working/adjust button, then push move left or move right button,adjust one of hydraulic overturning rack; push working/adjust button again,

button loose, begin working, at this time, the two hydraulic overturning racks

working synchronously. Push move left or move right button, adjust to

needed position.

5. Switch the rotating direction to forward position, push NO1 arm 90, then

push total 90button, when turning arm to 45 , after transfer the section steel tosuitable position, push total 90button, to make section steel overturning 90,

then push NO2 arm 90to reset.

6. Switch the rotating direction to reverse position, push NO2 arm 90, then

push total 90button, when turning arm to 45 , after transfer the section steel to

suitable position, push total 90button, to make section steel overturning 90,

then push NO1 arm 90to reset.

. Maintenance and fault remove

1.

The moving part should turn flexible, no block, chain wheel should havelubrication oil; piston rod should clean frequently to keep lubrication.

2. Check hydraulic oil pipe, oil cylinder and hydraulic system in a certain period, if

find anything abnormal, should inspect oil pipe.

3.

Check the track of overturning rack, clean sundries block moving.

4. After finish working, the piston rod should back to oil cylinder to avoid pollution

of dust and scalethe overturning rack should stop at the outside of conveying

roller.
