Minimise them , Be mindful, Keep you focus
Take regular breaks to re energise Heed the story of the woodcutter who stopped to sharpen his saw and hence chopped more wood
Raise your head above the parapet To see what is happening around you and the impact
it will have
The road to success is never straight, quick or easy
Grit, determination and hard work will help you on your way
Own your choices Do not blame others for your mistakes
You get out of life, what you put into it!
Throw in buckets full of gratitude, generosity, relationships, connectedness, authenticity…
Reclaim your creativity!Day dream, try something new, do something different, roll down a hill, chase butterflies, be
curious, talk to someone you don’t know…
Success, achieving your goals…may be a long way away
Take time to enjoy the journey
Resist from comparing yourself with others There will always be someone faster, stronger, quicker, richer…than
