QUALITY: MAIN SUPPLIERS General procedure to reach high quality of materials is the following: Regarding main materials:

All suppliers are audited to verify their production meets international standards All materials for the roofing, facades and other items have minimal guarantee of 5 years.

Steel and concrete prefab suppliers are checked by West Construction engineers and by independent

expert. Qualification of the supervisors and workers is verified as well as quality of: Steel profiles Welding Concrete Form work and concrete steel reinforcement

Factory visits are organized during the production (mainly steel and concrete prefab structure). Internal

reports are done and sent to our client if requested. The client himself is invited to participate in the factory visit.

QUALITY: SITE EXECUTION

During site execution: To guarantee good execution on each project :

Site manager is involved in the working out of preliminary design and production plan (PPR) Site manager is present full time on site to verify the good execution and the conformity to the KG and KM

drawings. The site manager has under his supervision:

One engineer preparing acts and photos of hidden work Several specialized supervisors for each task such as platform and sub base compacting, reinforcement,

casting of the concrete, steel structure installation, etc... Each important step (foundations, columns, slabs, trusses) during execution is checked by our chief

engineer and his team on site.

SAFETY Safety is a priority for West Construction.

Design is performed in order to minimize manpower and manual work on site. Consequently during site

execution: most of the elements are prefab and installed with mechanism according to internal safety procedure

(secured perimeter, checking of the mechanisms, safety instructions and education given to the workers...). All monolith parts are cast with formwork having all safety equipment as ladders, platform.... All facade work is performed with hydraulic platform

One safety engineer is full time on site to verify respect of safety rules. Each supervisor received safety education Each employee of West Construction has a contract including:

Safety requirement Special clauses specifying penalties and possible dismissal in case of non respect of internal instructions.
