Benefits: > Corporations benefit from heightened control on the offline/online convergence flows as rules and processes are further enhanced. Furthermore, combined with Amadeus Offers (*), these improvements bring in additional benefits to both corporations and travellers, allowing for multi-proposals to be easily created offline by the agent and pushed to the travellers for selection directly within Amadeus e-Travel Management (the integration of Amadeus Offers within Amadeus e-Travel Management new offline convergence flows will be highlighted in a separate spotlight by Q1-2013). > Travel Management Companies can respond more efficiently to their clients’ expectations. They save time while answering more adequately the traveller’s request thanks to a more explicit request form. All necessary additional information or custom fields are now also managed through Amadeus e-Travel Management, removing the need to send an email or to call the travel agent.

(*) Amadeus Offers is a unique, industry-leading solution revolutionising demand management for travel

agents that delivers more efficient and transparent management of pre-booking activities together with smarter business intelligence.
