TENANT SUMMARYCVS PHARMACYCVS Health Corporation is a Fortune 500® company (#7) and one of the nation’s largest and most innovative health care providers. Together with its subsidiaries, the company provides integrated pharmacy health care services in 43 states across the U.S, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico and operates through two critical business segments; pharmacy services and retail pharmacy. What makes CVS unique among its competitors is the company’s proprietary and fully integrated pharmacy benefit management system. The PBM system was created through the company’s acquisition of the Caremark brand in 2007. This segment serves employers, insurance companies, unions, government employee groups, health plans, managed Medicaid plans and plans offered on public and private organizations, other sponsors of health benefit plans, and individuals under the CVS/caremark Pharmacy Services, Caremark, CarePlus CVS/pharmacy, RxAmerica, Accordant, SilverScript, Coram CVS/specialty, NovoLogix, and Navarro Health Services names. The retail pharmacy segment sells prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, beauty products and cosmetics, personal care products, convenience foods, seasonal merchandise, and greeting cards, as well as provides photo finishing services.

Roseville, CA is situated one hour east of San Francisco and twenty-one minutes from Sacramento. Roseville is the largest city in Placer County.
Roseville is popular among businesses. Through its strong civic leadership, excellent fiscal governance, an active community the city focuses on attracting top companies and employees with various community incentives and an attractive place to live.
The city achieves harmonious balance for workers, business, residents, and the community. For the seventh consecutive year, it has been rated by the Kosmont-Rose Institute, a real estate advisory group, as one of the least expensive cities in which to do business in California and is noted for its business-friendly environment. Kaiser Permanente, the nation’s largest health maintenance organization doubled their workforce in Roseville citing accommodating infrastructure and technology investments.
Roseville owns and operates its own electric utility, water, and materials management. This results in responsive and accountable services, as well as award winning reliability with some of the lowest regional utility rates in the State.
Roseville works closely with developers to implement major residential and commercial projects. The city holds the lowest retail vacancy rate at 4% yet achieved a healthy 19% increase in sales tax revenue (fiscal 2016) created though brilliant civic leadership.
Civic leaders also acknowledge the importance of education and places emphasis on it. The schools are bar-none. Students graduate at a 95% rate and achieve average SAT scores above 1600.
Roseville’s workforce leads happy families through a high quality of life. This is achieved through home ownership, safe neighborhoods and plentiful outdoor spaces—all supported through a specific planning, ensuring healthy growth principles for traffic and air quality issues. The home affordability rate grew by 18.3% since 2010. Home owners are surrounded by large outdoor spaces with thousands of acres of undeveloped land and 66 developed public parks, and safe neighborhoods with crime indexed at “safest” according to Neighborhood Scout.
Furthermore, the city prides itself on providing open space for children to play, adults to exercise and everyone to relax. Within a short drive, there are so many outdoor activities in every season that it might take a lifetime to take it all in. Whitewater rafting, hiking, cross-country and downhill skiing, hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, cycling… the list is nearly endless. Roseville’s indoor cultural activities include Civic Theatre West, the 3rd Saturday Art Walk, the Carnegie Museum, Maidu Museum and Historic site, Roseville Telephone Museum, and the Cosmos Sculpture by Aris Demitrios.
In conclusion, Roseville proves itself to be a growing and safe place to work and live.
