The Rapid Excavation and Tunneling Conference (RETC) – North America’s largest tunneling event in 2015 – is heading back to San Diego June 4-7. The venue is the Manchester Grand Hyatt in the heart of San Diego with easy ac-cess to the historic Gaslamp District and other attractions.
