16 PF (Personality factors)
The 16 Personality factors measured by 16PF questionnaire, which had made by Psychologist Raymond Cattell. 16 PF was designed for determining the personality of an individual. Its based upon 16 personality factors of a person.
Forms of 16PF
There are basically 5 types of forms A,B,C,D and E. out of which A, B, C and D are mainly focus on adults and form E covers children, less intelligence and culturally deprived adults.
These forms provides a series of more then 100 questions for considering the 16 factors of an individual.
16 Factors of 16 PF1. WARMTH (A)- It considers that a person is a
reserved kind of per or an outgoing kind of .
2. REESONING (B)- It works upon the intelligence of a person.
3. EMOTIONAL STABLITY (C)- It handle with the emotional aspect of the person that is he or she emotionally stable of affected by the feeling
4. DOMINANCE (E)- It considers the nature of the person that the nature of the person is cooperative, aggressive, obedient or competitive.

much a person is cheerful happy expressive enthusiastic or serious, silent, prudent.
6. RULE CONSCIOUSNESS (G)7. SOCIAL BOLDNESS(H)- This factor work upon
person’s ability to face the society that is the person socially bold and venturesome, hesitant and threat- sensitive or shy.
8. SENSTIVITY(I)- it consider that is the person is sensitive, realistic, over protected, tough minded or tender minded.
9. VIGILANCE(L)-this factor determines that a person is how much self oriented, hard to fool, trusting or distrustful.
