AT a regularly constituted meeting of the Trust, held on the twenty-eighth day of July 2009, the general rate for the year ending thirtieth June 2010 was struck and levied in respect to all lands within the Mowbray Swamp Drainage Area at the rate of:—

1. 0.0825 of one cent in the dollar land value for all lands receiving Class 1 benefits.

2. 0.04 of one cent in the dollar land value for all lands receiving Class 2 benefits.

3. $15 is the minimum amount payable in respect to any one property.
