JM Development Group LLC, in partnership with Herzog Supply Co., is planning to use a total of 2.5 acres of under-utilized land to build a $52 million mixed-use development project in the up-and-coming urban center of Uptown Kingston on the corner of Fair and North Front Streets.

The Kingstonian, a community anchor at the heart of the Historic Stockade District, will tie together disparate parts of the neighborhood with an open-air pedestrian plaza and create a community hub that will attract visitors and residents alike.

The Catskill Mountain Railroad is a heritage tourist railroad that began operations in 1982. CMRR is based in Kingston, NY and all trains currently depart from the Westbrook Lane Station in the Kingston Plaza. CMRR strives to offer entertaining adventures that celebrate the rich history and diversity of Ulster County and the historic NY rail lines. The 2019 lineup of excursions include: The Easter Bunny Express, Steam to the Catskills, Ice Cream Sundays, The Great Train Robbery, The Peace Train, Fall Flyer, Pumpkin Express, Rails of Terror and The Polar ExpressTM.
