SB The path to Cheetham Hill Road is known as an un-adopted public right of way, no one is responsible

for maintaining, it is the residents responsibility to maintain the bushes and trees. KB will inspect the path and speak to the residents if their bushes and trees are causing a problem.

SB: The bin is the responsibility of Tameside MBC and will not be replaced.

    Other Business.

KI had renegotiated hire rates for Astley Sports College. They agreed to make an annual

payment of 750 from November 2014 when the agreement was due for review.

JH we are still awaiting payment from Astley Sports College, KI is chasing them.

LW will be able to donate to the minibus project to cover cost of replacement tyres.

SB will look at covering the annual Road Tax 165.00 in return for use of the vehicle.

Update by New Charter SB advised that a new, council led partnership scheme might be introduced next year which would

incorporate Homewatch, PACT, the District Assembly and other institutions hopefully to streamline

    community involvement.

SB: Community Gatherings are still being discussed.

SB/KB There is a plan for a clean-up of the area in March/April, leaflet homes before the event.

KB Consultation planned for March over planting of the area outside the Yew Tree Lane shops, also, the

residents bins at the Yew Tree Lane shops bin store being left out.

    Accounts

Balance on the accounts is 255.26, after paying 220.00 for the Tyres on the Minibus.

    Other Business

JH: Bins being left out on the street, there has been an incident on Kingsway of a bin being set on fire.

KB: TMBC should be notified of any bins left out on the street.
