(a) Jimmy Lee Harris is entitled to 100% of the CBM royalties awarded under Case No. 335-11,Opinion dated February 5, 2015. Said decision allows lhe Applicant and Designated Operator topay royalties directly to the persons idenfified in Exhibit EE annexed hereto and the annexedTable 1 specwes how said royalfies are to be paid. D

Harrison-Wyatt, L.L.C. snd Clare Dofiie Austin have entered into a CBM Deed. Said deed afiowsthe Applicant and Designated Operator to pay royalties direcfly to the persons identified in ExhibitEE annexed hereto and the annexed Table 1, further, specifies how said royalties are to bedivided and paid
