ELIZABETH YEAMAN is the General Manager Transport at the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA), where she has worked for 20 years. She currently leads EECA’s components of the Government’s package of measures to support the accelerated uptake of electric vehicles. Before joining EECA she worked for a New Zealand based transport energy consultancy, mainly in developing countries. She holds a Masters degree in Natural Resource Engineering and is a member of the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand and the Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics New Zealand.

GLENN COLDHAM is the current President of the Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Federation of New Zealand; a position he has held since 2015. Glenn commenced his career with the New Zealand Customs Service before completing his Bachelor of Business and leaving for the private sector in 1987. He is a member of the Senior Management Team at DHL Global Forwarding (NZ) Limited as Head of Customs and has been with this organisation for 16 years.Glenn is very passionate about Customs and Border Control and has been a strong advocate for improved Customs Broker expertise by actively developing the basis for the current competency courses over the past twenty years.

BLAIR HAMILL joined Zespri in 2000 as Operations Accountant. In 2004 he was promoted to Commercial Manager in the New Zealand supply side of the business. In 2008 he was seconded to the 12-month non-New Zealand supply side of the business focusing on the Northern Hemisphere supply from Italy and France. In 2011 Blair was appointed General Manager Global Supply and was based offshore in Italy. Blair was appointed General Manager Supply Chain in December 2014. Prior to joining Zespri, Blair worked in Chartered Accountancy and as a Management Accountant. He has a Business Studies Degree, majoring in Accounting from Massey University.

JON ADAMS Chief Fulfilment and Logistics Officer for The Warehouse Group, has spent his entire working life in retail, starting at the bottom of the career ladder as a weekend trolley boy for UK supermarket chain Sainsbury’s. With an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University’s School of Management, and Supply Chain experience in the UK, Hungary and South Korea with Tesco’s, as well as with Loblaw’s in Canada, Jon arrived in New Zealand to join The Warehouse over five years ago. Jon is a keen English Premier League football fan, and when not getting to know the hidden corners of New Zealand he can be found following the fortunes of West Ham United Football Club.

CHARLES FINNY is one of New Zealand’s most experienced trade diplomats. He has been heavily involved in negotiating trade agreements and in the development of the wider Asia/Pacific economic architecture. He is also heavily involved in the supply chain working with the Port Company CEO Group, Business New Zealand and the Shippers’ Council. He advises companies and governments on international trade issues as a Partner at Saunders Unsworth in Wellington. He also lectures on trade policy and is a regular media commentator on trade and economics. He has been on the Board of NZTE since 2009 and has been Chair of Education New Zealand since 2011.

Keith has over 20 years of supply chain experience working in New Zealand and Europe. He has worked in industries as diverse as automotive, plastics, pharmaceuticals, timber, electronic, clothing and distribution. Keith consults on a very broad range of senior management, health and safety, and supply chain management issues, offering strategic advice and training on all facets of supply with a “sustainable lowest total cost” focus. Keith has presented at conferences both in New Zealand and internationally, has lectured at a tertiary level and is also involved in NZQA assessment. He facilitates the internationally recognised C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) qualification in New Zealand.
