How did the band form?

We formed the week of our first show, our

friend put us on the bi l l of a gig as a joke

after Lee and myself suggested we would

start another band in front of him. We drank

some tea and wrote some tunes and the

rest is history.

How was the recording of "Dance With

The Devil" EP?

I t was excellent. I t was our second time

working with Andrew and Chris from

Smalltown America. We recorded an E.P

five months before Dance With the Devil

with them guys so we knew what we were

in for. I t was laidback and everything fel l

into place like magic.

What's the concept behind it?

Straight up fun to play riffs, uncomplicated

music with l i ttle to no bullshit in-between.

We had been at university for the months

before we wrote it. I t had to be loud.

How does it differ from previous

material?

I t's faster than most our other music,

lyrical ly it is darker and much more

aggressive. We used our first EP to gauge

what direction we should go in, al l three

tracks on that EP were really different. One

track really stood to us from the beginning it

was obvious what we should do.

What can we expect from you in 201 2?

We are doing some touring in the UK and

Ireland, releasing a new single in the New

Year and finish writing our debut album.

If your music were to be adapted into

film, what story would it tell?

The story would tel l the tai l of three bears

that made some food one day and left i t to

cool. Then on a quiet strol l one of the bears

would get stuck in a bear trap. With only a

short while to l ive one of the bears wil l try to

help the trapped bear escape, the third of

the three bears would go back to check on

the food. Christopher Nolan wil l direct it and

Paddy Cosidine wil l do my voice.

What's your album of the year?

Lafaro "Easy Meat", Listening to it right

now. Listen to Boke, it's a must. You'l l want

to fight yourself.
