The exquisitely designed 12,000 sq. ft. Grand
Ballroom can accommodate your sit down dinner
for up to 600 guests or larger groups for cocktail
receptions. The Pearl Ballroom compliments a
more intimate event, seating 200 guests or fewer.
PARKING
There is a city-owned parking deck attached to the
hotel. Self-Parking for day guests is complimentary.
Parking for overnight guests is $6. Valet parking is
available for $12.

What is the room rental fee for reception space?
The reception room rental fee varies based on the date, t ime, and size of your event.

process of receiving a personalized quote.
Can I provide my own food & beverage?
You are welcome to provide your own wedding cake or other dessert, but all other
food and beverage must be provided by the hotel. Please let us know if there is a
part icular item you are hoping to serve as we are able to customize our menus to
meet your needs and dietary restr ict ions.

What decorations are provided, and can I bring in my own?
Our hotel provides white or black l inens as well as votive candles and round
decorative centerpiece mats. You may provide specialty l inens and other decorations
if you would l ike. Please discuss your decoration plans with your sales manager to
ensure state codes, f ire regulat ions, and hotel policies are properly followed. All
deliveries must be approved and coordinated with the hotel.

What is the initial deposit required to reserve space?
The init ial deposit is typically the total room rental fee for your event. Your sales
manager wil l also establish a deposit schedule based on your needs, such that the
event is paid in full pr ior to your wedding day.
When do you need my guest guarantee and final payment?
Attendance guarantees and meal select ions for plated dinners must be provided no
later than 72 hours prior to your event. Your sales manager wil l then prepare a f inal
invoice to be paid prior to your event.
Do I get anything for being a Marriott Rewards Member?
