KE Fibertec’s TBV systems can be supplied with different suspension systems which can be fitted to any type of ceiling. What all the suspension systems have in common is that they are supplied cut to the same length as the textile duct. They are also packaged with the necessary fixing components and a specific label indicating where they are meant to be used. D - A L U S U S P E N S I O N

KE Fibertec recommends the D-Alu rail in premises where the finish and aesthetic look are high-priority requirements, as well as for D-shaped ducts with bends and sharp elbows. The specially developed closing system is ideal for use in both horizontal and vertical systems. The D-Alu rail is suitable where access is difficult.

D - L I T E A L U S U S P E N S I O N

KE Fibertec recommends the D-Lite Alu rail for D-shaped systems with dimensions up to D800 mm. The rail is produced very simply and facilitates fitting on level false ceilings. This rail is used to provide a competitive edge as an alternative to D-shaped systems in premises where the finish and aesthetic look are high-priority requirements. The D-Lite Alu rail is also suitable where access is difficult.

D - S A F E T R A C K S U S P E N S I O N

The D-Safetrack rail is recommended for D-shaped systems with dimensions over D800 mm, for industrial purposes and in premises where the ceiling’s properties are unknown. The D-Safetrack rail is also recommended when free-hanging D-shaped systems are requested. The D-Safetrack rail has a high level of rigidity, thereby keeping sagging to a minimum. This rail is used if specially manufactured curved D-shaped systems are requested.

The wire suspension system is the simplest of the various suspension systems offered by KE Fibertec. Nowadays the wire solution is used almost exclusively for round ducts in particularly humid environments. Single wire suspension is used most often with duct dimensions under Ø630 mm.

The Safetrack solution is the most elegant solution for round ducts. The Safetrack rail is made from anodised aluminium, which is naturally approved for the food sector. KE Fibertec recommends a single-suspension Safetrack rail for ducts with diameters up to Ø630 mm.
