4. General Instructions for the submission of Expression of Interest (Eol)

4 1 The proposal should be submitted as an Expression of Interest (Eo.J), .clearly indicating the expertise rn the design, development, installation, testing and comrnissionmg of radar systems for space object observation; their involvement and realization in similar projects in the past and status of these projects at present Company profile of the bidder. including the. factlrties and manpower available. areas of expertise and previous experience m other projects, should be included

4.2 If required, theparty responding to the Eel shall be invited for furtherdiscussions at ISRO for assessment of the capabilities stated m the Eol and for providing any further clanficatrons ..

4.3, The EoI .is nor an Qffer and is issued with no commitment ISRO reserves the right to withdraw the Eol and change or vary any part thereof at any stage, rf it determmes that such action is in the best interest of the Government of India. ISRO also reserves the tight to disquahfy any bidder, should It be so necessary at any stage

4.4. The parties shortlisted (based on Eol and assessment of their _potential to carry out the proposed work) would be issued formal tender inquiry / Request fpr Proposal. inviting their technical and commercial bids at a later date,
