Ostrich is a future food security partner under changing climate conditions of world. Ostrich can survive efficiently from -7 to 520C temperature even it is best birds in the snow of Canada, in the desert of Saudi Arabia and in high humidity of Bangkok. Ostrich produced methane (17 kg/year) equal to monogastric animals (72 kg/year) like man and chicken. It is produced less methane as compare to ruminants like sheep, goat and cattle. Studies indicate that the birds will survive efficiently under very high and very low temperature.
