I hereby ORDER the appointment of a Parenting Investigator. An initial retainer fee for the services of the Parenting Investigator must be paid to the Clerk of the Court, Room 110, County City Building within 15 days. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, HOWEVER DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. Responsibility for this fee shall be divided as follows: Petitioner shall pay Respondent shall pay Each party may strike one person from this randomly selected Parenting Investigator list by crossing through the name: 1. 2. 3. The court will then appoint a Parenting Investigator from the remaining names to handle your case. If you fail to strike a name within 15 days or if both parties strike the same name, the commissioner will appoint a Parenting Investigator from the above list. Done in open court this ______________________________________ Commissioner/Judge The following parties are present in court and have been given copies of this order and the GAL instruction sheet: Upon payment of the retainer the Petitioner is responsible for obtaining the Order Appointing Parenting Investigator, and presentation of the same for signature in the Ex Parte Courtroom, during it's regularly postedhours, Monday through Friday. You do not need to schedule a hearing.
