Make your way to Singapore Changi International Airport for your flight to Athens via Doha.

DAY 01 22nd

SEP (MON) ATHENS / DISTOMO / ARACHOVA

On arrival at Athens Intl Airport, be met by your English-Speaking driver escort and then drive onwards to the

village of Distomo where we marvel at the Distomo Memorial, built by Aggelika Korovessi in remembrance of

the Distomo massacre of the Nazi war during the Axis occupation of Greece in World War II. Then, we

continue to the Monastery of Hosios Loukas, designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Byzantine

monastery is built on the scenic slopes of Mount Helicon and was founded in the early 10th

Century by the

hermit Venerable St Luke. Largest of the three monasteries including Daphnion and Nea Moni, it is one of the

finest Byzantine monasteries ever built and well-preserved till this day. Thereafter, we drive to Arachova where

we will stay for the night.

DAY 02 23rd

SEP (TUE) ARACHOVA / THERMOPYLAE / TRIKALA / KALAMBAKA

Today, we ascend the Sacred Way of Delphi, past the Parian marble Treasury of the Athenians and superb

Polygonal Wall. Visit the legendary Temple of Apollo, where the mysterious Oracle of Delphi breathed her

enigmatic ‘words’. Continuing north, we stop at Thermopylae, site of one of history’s most famous last stands

in 480BC where King Leonidas and his 300 Spartans were vanquished. We then continue through the market

town of Trikala to Kalambaka. Enjoy an unique dining experience tonight.

DAY 03 24th

SEP (WED) KALAMBAKA / PAPIGO

Early morning rise this morning as we admire the sunrise over the Monasteries of Meteora. Enjoy light

breakfast and coffee as we learn some interesting snippets. Thereafter, we visit the Monasteries “Moni Agias

Triadas” and “Moni Megalou Meteorou”, incredibly perched on top of pinnacles of rock and enjoy the

stunning views over the Peneios Valley. Later, we leave Meteora and continue our journey to the Zagoria area

through the Egnatia Highway. Arrive into the Aristi village and check in into your beautiful hotel.

DAY 04 25th

SEP (THU) PAPIGO

After breakfast, meet your driver and English-Speaking Eco Guide from your hotel to visit the natural

environment of the Vikos Gorge with brilliant views from the slopes, towards the vast depths of the gorge at

over 900m. Then visit the beautiful valley of the Voidomatis River and enjoy the refreshing atmosphere, visit

the picturesque stone bridges in many areas. During your tour, you will visit a local Zagorian family to enjoy

traditional homemade lunch and tea and spend some leisure time to interact and experience the Zagorians’ way

of life. Return to your hotel thereafter luxuriating and relaxing in the surreal surroundings.



DAY 05 26th

SEP (FRI) PAPIGO / IOANNINA / ATHENS

Spend some last moments of unforgettable Zagoria before transferring to Ioannina Airport for your domestic

flight to Athens.

DAY 06 27th

SEP (SAT) ATHENS

After breakfast, meet your driver and English-Speaking Guide at the hotel and embark on a city tour of Athens.

We visit the Acropolis, designated an UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most iconic ancient sites of

the classical world. Explore the Parthenon, dedicated to the maiden goddess Athena. Thereafter, we continue to

visit the Acropolis Museum which showcases artefacts and relics from the archaeological site of the Acropolis.

We then continue to the site of the Temple of Olympian Zeus, a colossal ruined temple dedicated to Zeus, king

of the Olympian gods. From there, we visit the Panathinaiko Stadium where the first modern Olympics were

held and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, built to commemorate the endeavours of Greek soldiers during the

WWI. We end our tour in atmospheric Plaka where there is an abundance of restaurants, taverns, shops and

cafes. Be orientated to the area and return to your hotel where it is located in the heart of the Plaka area.

After breakfast, be transferred to Athens Airport for your domestic flight to the beautiful island of Santorini.

explore the beautiful white-washed cliff houses in Oia and marvel at one of the most beautiful sunsets and the

mesmerizing blue dome chapels. Head out to experience fine cuisine, see the local scene, atmospheric and

DAY 08 29th

SEP (MON) SANTORINI

Today is at leisure to explore Santorini, probably the most breath-taking of all Greek islands. Santorini is a

natural masterpiece indeed , spun from the earth’s heart. Around 1500 B.C., a volcanic eruption destroyed the

center of the island, leaving a crescent shaped rim of cliffs around a harbor formed in the volcano’s caldera,

where the town of Fira sits today. Fira is a site not to forget: whitewashed houses, narrow streets, open-air cafes

and glittering boutiques cling to these cliffs, accessible by cable car or donkey. Consider visiting the most

important archaeological site of Akrotiri, where famous paintings such as the “boxers” and “fisherman” where

found.

SEP (TUE) SANTORINI

Spend another full day at leisure uncovering the sights of Santorini. Take a dip into the warm Aegean waters.

Check out the black sand beaches of Perissa and Kamari or consider a visit to the active volcano of Thira

where you have the opportunity to experience magma and fumes emitting from the crater. While in Santorini, a

visit to a winery is essential. Learn about the flavours and variety of Santorini wines produced from nutrients-

rich volcanic soil. Enjoy leisure time strolling around Oia or Fira for a fitting finale to your trip.

DAY 10 01st OCT (WED) SANTORINI / MYKONOS

From mesmerizing Santorini, we travel next to the magnificent beaches and beautiful island of Mykonos. You

will be picked up from hotel, Canaves Oia and transferred to Santorini port for your Sea Jet ferry to Mykonos.

On arrival at Mykonos Port, you will be met by your driver and transferred to your hotel for check in. Spend the

rest of the day at leisure in Mykonos, the hotspot of the Aegean Sea. Enjoy the bustling nightlife capital of all

the Greek islands and experience the atmospheric street scene decorated by narrow cobble paved streets of the

town of Mykonos where locals and visitors gather after enjoying the beaches. Best time to visit is late in the

afternoon / early evening.
