Re: Fourth Annual Galaxy of Winners Silent Auction Dear Stinson Family: As part of our silent auction offerings, we will have 14 baskets that will be comprised of donations from students. We would like to take this opportunity to invite your child to donate an item to one of our themed baskets. The themes are listed below and boxes will be available for delivering donations. These boxes will be in the main hall beneath the PTA Bulletin Board. We will accept donations for these baskets through Friday, February 25, 2011. Basket Themes: • Books—K-1 level reading – Books for K – 1 st grade reading levels • Books—2-3 level reading - Books for 2nd – 3rd grade reading levels • Books—4-5 level reading - Books for 4th – 5th grade reading levels • Spa/Beauty Products – Lotions, soaps, etc. • Gardening – Gloves, tools, seeds, gardening books, etc. • Family Fun Night – Movie rental gift cards, miniature golf gift cards, popcorn, candy, card games, etc. • Going to the Beach – Goggles, sand toys, sunscreen, etc. • Party in a Basket – Subway or other Sandwich shop gift certificate, paper plates, napkins, plastic cups, confetti, Baskin Robbins gift certificate for an ice cream cake, etc. • Dining Out – Restaurant Gift Cards • Grilling – Grilling cookbook, grill aprons, grill utensils, grill spices, etc. • It’s A Girl Thing – Glitter spray, nail polish, lip gloss, hair clips/bands, etc. • It’s A Boy Thing – Ball caps, baseball, basketball, football, jump rope, etc. • Justin “Bieber Fever” Basket – anything “Bieber”, apparel, nail polish, totebag, jewlery, etc. • Lego Basket – lego items, games, etc. Remember, these items are being brought ON TO school property and the auction will be held ON school property, SO...no alcohol, weapons (including a knife for a cheese tray perhaps!) or inappropriate literature.
