Izzy has been working as a complimentary therapies trainer and practitioner for over 10 years. She began her journey in 2005 having graduated from the Mistiyan Escuela de Terapias Naturales with with a diploma in Complementary Therapies which covered in depth: Reflexology, Body Massage and Reiki. It was here that she discovered her love for feet!
Izzy has always been fascinated by the human body, how it functions to maintain a level of homeostasis and its incredible ability to heal itself. After working in the wellbeing and fitness industry for many years, she became ever more conscious of the effects of what we eat and how we live our lives upon the body and mind.
In her private practice she works with clients suffering from various physical and emotional conditions helping them to restore and maintain their body’s natural balance and encourage healing.
In 2010 Izzy graduated from The University of Greenwich as a teacher trainer and has enjoyed sharing her knowledge and love for holistic treatments. As a Principle Trainer at West Herts College and also within her private clinics she has inspired and enabled many dozens of trainee reflexologists realise their dream of treating others.
Izzy loves being able to bring balance and harmony back into people’s lives through this ancient healing art, and is proud to be a member of the Complementary Medical Association.
