Board’s letter no.2011/C&IS/Project/LAW Book 2012-13/20 dt.29.6.1 2 As per the Rly Board’s letter under refere nce the w orkwise distribution of ou tlay for 2012-13 among the wor ks under PH-17 has been made as per reassessed budget gr ant 2012-13 which is enclosed as Annexure-I. Further 6 works under allocation DRF sanctioned by GM on Out of Turn has also been included as new w orks .Outlay for these new works has been provided as recommended by CTM. Certain fund under some allocation which were not distributed by Board has been kept as reserve under HQ. Asst.
