SAP Knowledge Base Article Symptom Need to check and confirm the precise Support Package "Patch Level" version for Software Component: SAP Netweaver BI 7.0 Datawarehouse system Environment Software Component: SAP_BW (SAP Netweaver BI 7.0) Reproducing the Issue To do this: 1. Logon to BW system 2. Go to Menu > System > Status 3. Look to section "SAP System Data" 4. Under "Component version", click on the icon for component information. 5. Here system information is shown, like BW support pack level, BASIS support pack level. For example, SAP_BW = SAPKW70015 = Support Package Level 15 (0015) 6. Also, need to know references for the patch-level(s) of Software Component(s): i) SAP_ABA ii) SAP_BASIS Cause l Business / End Users may not always have visibility of this detail. l Need to ask SAP BASIS infrastructure team which 'Support Stack' or 'Enhancement Package' was last installed onto the SAP NW 7.0 system.
