Assistance

Version 1.2

Dear Reader!

This handbook helps you to handle your warranty claims returned by

the Opel Warranty System for some reason.

Each warranty claims returned by the system for correction (rejected)

has a two-digit error code and a description of the problem discovered

during the claim validation process. Please always take this error

message into consideration while you handle a correction claim.

If you do not find the way of correction based on the description

provided by the system, or there are any doubts about certain

correction, please check what actions this handbook recommends you

to do.

In case you understand and corrected the claim, it is not necessary to

refer to your District Manager, but it can be validated without any

reference. If it would be still necessary to send the claim to your District

Manager (e.g. the repair requires Opel authorization for other reason

and the District Manager did not approve it yet), then please always

indicate in the text field what you have changed/corrected on the claim

to avoid misunderstanding. Please bear in mind that only the first two

rows of text field are visible for the District Manager. Your message over

two rows will be lost.
