INT. TIMMY'S BEDROOM - THURSDAY NIGHT

ON FISHBOWL - COSMO AND WANDA float next to a DINNER TABLE. Cosmo is trying to rub their WANDS together to light some CANDLES... but they're in a fishbowl, for God's sake.

1 COSMOI could just light these candles, we could eat!

2 WANDADid it ever occur to you we're in a fishbowl filled with water?

3 COSMOThat's why I'm trying to light the candles! Somebody's gotta dry all this wet food off!

TIMMY enters carrying A STACK OF SCHOOLBOOKS.

4 TIMMYHey, guys! What's new?

Amazingly, Cosmo gets the candles to light.

5 WANDA(Re: candle)

Uh...the laws of physics?

6 TIMMYI've got a report on dinosaurs due tomorrow. I wish my room were a prehistoric forest!

Cosmo and Wanda wave their wands and <POOF!> prehistoric plants and animals cover Timmy's room. Timmy walks around the room taking notes on a CLIPBOARD as he talks.

7 TIMMY (cont'd)Cool! Thanks, guys!

We'll have to clean this up before we leave tomorrow morning, Timmy!

9 TIMMYWhat? Where are you going?

10 WANDATo Fairyworld! We need to get our crowns certified, and our wands are due for their 3,000 wish tune-up!

Cosmo's wand has HAIR on it.

11 COSMOI'm getting mine waxed!

12 WANDASorry we won't be able to ZAP you to school tomorrow, sweetie!

13 TIMMYThat's okay. My dad can drive me. Provided he hasn't done anything stupid to the car.

SMASH CUT TO:

INT. GARAGE - NEXT MORNING

Timmy glares at DAD who sits glumly in a PILE OF GEARS, ENGINE PARTS and OTHER ASSORTED CAR MATERIALS.

14 TIMMYYou tried to make a giant fighting robot?

15 DADSo? The Dinklebergs have one! Besides, you can take the bus.

Timmy looks o.s. and sees the SCHOOLBUS at the curb.

EXT. FRONT OF TIMMY'S GARAGE

Timmy runs into scene just as the bus pulls away.

16 TIMMY

Wait! Darn it! Well... at least it's a nice day...

Suddenly, CLOUDS zip in and it starts to rain harder than it's ever rained in the history of mankind. Timmy turns to his dad who still sits in the garage.

17 TIMMY (CONT'D)Dad? Do you have an umbrella?

18 DADSorry, Son. I'm using it as part of the missile defense system.

19 TIMMY(through clenched teeth)

I hope Cosmo and Wanda are having fun...

As Timmy boldly heads into the rain we...

CUT TO:

EXT. FAIRYWORLD HEADQUARTERS - SAME TIME

LONG SHOT - we see Fairyworld in all its Fairy glory. CAMERA PUSHES IN as we hear JORGEN'S VOICE:

20 JORGEN (O.S.)Before we tune up your wands...we must tune up your puny fairy bodies!

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. FAIRY TESTING H.Q. - CONTINUOUS

Wanda and Cosmo are in a GYMNASIUM. Their wands float above their heads like chin-up bars. JORGEN stands nearby.

21 JORGENIt is time for Wand-ups! One..two..one..two...

Wanda starts doing wand-ups. Camera PANS to Cosmo. He's doodling with a big CRAYON on a DOODLE PAD.

22 COSMOHey! I made a monkey!

Jorgen points his mighty LASER WAND at Cosmo and changes him into a monkey.

23 JORGENSo did I. Monkey Wand-ups! Now!

COSMO MONKEY grabs the wand with his tail, and starts exercising.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. TIMMY'S SCHOOL - A HALLWAY - LATER

Timmy opens the door and is pushed in by a WALL OF WATER. He's deposited, soaking wet, at the doors of the gym.

24 TIMMYI already missed first period but I'm still in time for...

Timmy swings the doors open.

CUT TO:

INT. THE GYM - SAME TIME

25 TIMMY...gym...?

WIDEN TO REVEAL CHESTER, AJ, and EVERY OTHER KID IN CLASS standing there holding VOLLEYBALLS.

26 TIMMY (CONT'D)What's going on?

27 AJ We're playing Dodgeball!

28 CHESTERIt's 'drys' versus 'wets'.

29 AJThink fast!

CUT TO:

EXT. THE HALLWAY - GYMNASIUM DOORS - SAME TIME

We see the IMPRINTS of dozens of Volleyballs - along with an imprint of Timmy's body - pop out from the door.

30 TIMMY(MOANS)

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. - OUTSIDE THE DEPT. OF CROWNS AND FUN - SAME TIME

Cosmo, still a monkey skittering on the ground and floating Wanda are outside the DCF.

31 WANDAAll we have to do is get our Crowns certified by the Department of Crowns and Fun and we're done!

We see that Wanda's arms are very muscular. So is Cosmo's monkey tail. He flexes it like a weightlifter.

32 COSMOHey! My tail is ripped!

POOF! Cosmo returns to normal.

33 COSMO (CONT'D)This should be fun! It says so right on the sign!

They open the door revealing:

CUT TO:

INT. - THE DEPARTMENT OF CROWNS AND FUN - SAME TIME

A long gray room with a long line of fairies waiting. Wanda takes a NUMBER.

34 WANDAOne million and seven.

35 FAIRY RECEPTIONISTNumber twelve?

<BAM!> Jorgen appears.

36 JORGENWand-ups are an excellent way to pass the time! Ha! Ha! Ha!

As Wanda starts exercising again, Cosmo turns himself back into a monkey.

37 COSMOEEEP!

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. TIMMY'S BEDROOM - LATER THAT EVENING

Cosmo and Wanda - in fairy form - rub salve on their sore muscles.

38 COSMOOh, my aching wings...

39 WANDAAt least Timmy's smiling face and cheerful disposition will make the pain go away!

The door slams open revealing Timmy's body and SEVERAL VOLLEYBALLS where his head should be.

40 COSMOI don't see a smiling face.

All the Volleyballs fall off Timmy's head and bounce o.s. Timmy frowns. Cosmo looks for a moment, then flips upside down and looks at Timmy.

41 COSMO (CONT'D)There it is!!

42 WANDASorry, Sweetie...we were gone longer than we thought.

43 TIMMYWell, great! Because you guys had to POOF off to Camp Happy-Crowny-ville, I got rained and Volley-balled on!

(beat)You have no idea how hard it is to be a kid!

44 WANDA(sarcastic)

Yeah, having us grant your every wish all day must really take a toll on your

nerves! Being a fairy is no day at the beach either!!

45 TIMMYOh, right! Having unlimited magical powers and acting goofy all day long would depress anybody! How do you stand it??

Timmy looks at Cosmo who is wearing a COURT JESTER outfit and bonking himself on the head with a FLOUNDER.

46 COSMOI think it's wrong of you to judge Wanda that way, Timmy.

47 WANDA(to Timmy)

Well, if you think it's so easy being a fairy, why don't YOU try it?!

48 TIMMYYou're on! I wish I could be your Fairy Godparent!

POOF! Suddenly, we see TIMMY IS NOW A FAIRY GODPARENT, complete with a WAND, WINGS and a little FLOATY CROWNY THING. We then PAN OVER to see that Wanda and Cosmo have become PINK AND GREEN VERSIONS OF TIMMY.

49 COSMO TIMMYHey! I'm Timmy!

50 WANDA TIMMYAnd I'm Timmy!

51 TIMMYAnd I'm a Fairy! And I can float!

Suddenly, Dad's giant ROBOT FIST pushes through the wall.

EXT. - TIMMY'S BEDROOM - EVENING - SAME TIME

We see Dad and MOM at THE CONTROLS of Dad's now-functioning GIANT CAR ROBOT. Dad has shoved the robot's fist through Timmy's second floor bedroom wall.

52 MOM Wow, Honey! Your giant fighting robot really works!!

INT. - TIMMY'S BEDROOM - SAME TIME

53 COSMOIt's your parents! Think fast!

COSMO and WANDA both jump into BED. Timmy poofs into a VOLLEYBALL.

54 WANDA TIMMYYou know the rules, Timmy! Be a goldfish!

55 TIMMYRight... right...

Timmy waves his wand and tries to become a goldfish. He ends up as an OLD CATFISH, whose whole head sticks in the bowl, tail flapping around in the air.

56 TIMMY (CONT'D)Old fish!

Timmy waves his wand again. This time he becomes a HAMMERHEAD SHARK that lands on the ground with a giant thud and begins to flop around the floor.

57 TIMMY (CONT'D)Darn it!

58 WANDA TIMMYNot so easy, is it, Sport?

CUT TO:

EXT. HOUSE - ON GIANT ROBOT - SAME TIME

Mom and Dad sit in the cockpit.

59 MOMLet's tuck Timmy in!

60 DADWith mighty fighting robot action!

Dad hits a BUTTON. ROCKET BOOSTERS fire and the robot's head separates from the robot's body. Dad flies the HEAD into Timmy's room.

INT. TIMMY'S BEDROOM - CONTINUOUS

Timmy, as the shark, flops around the room.

61 TIMMYThink. Fish. Me. Fish. Goldfish.

Timmy waves his wand and POOF! He succeeds! He plops into the bowl as a goldfish - complete with two buck teeth and a floating pink hat.

62 TIMMY (CONT'D)Cool! I'm a goldfish! I'm... (BEAT) GASP!!! I forgot to give my self gills!

His parents land the robot head and step out. Wanda/Timmy ducks under the covers as Mom walks over to Cosmo/Timmy and rubs his head.

63 MOM Aw, Sweetie... you feel warm! And you look positively green!

64 DADWarm? Green? Those are all the symptoms of steamed broccoli! Get the thermometer! And the salad shooter!

As Mom turns to leave, she looks at the goldfish bowl and sees the Timmy/Goldfish turning blue.

65 MOMI'd better get the fish a thermometer, too!

Dad stands near the robot hand.

66 DADYou can't. I used it to focus the laser cannon.

Dad hits a button and blasts a hole in the wall as we...

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. THE LIVING ROOM - LATER THAT SAME NIGHT

Wanda Timmy is sitting on the couch watching TV, eating CHIPS. Mom and Dad walk in from OS as Dad hangs up a CORDLESS PHONE.

67 DADGood news, Honey! I'm fighting the Dinklebergs' robot car tomorrow!

68 MOMTIMMY? What are you doing up this late? It is way past your bedtime!

69 WANDA TIMMYBut...

70 DADNo buts! Straight to bed young man, and don't make me get the giant robot in here!

Wanda Timmy exits up the stairs. Mom and Dad walk into the kitchen...

CUT TO:

INT. THE KITCHEN - SAME TIME

Mom and Dad enter. Cosmo Timmy is trying to reach the COOKIE JAR.

71 MOMTimmy? What are you doing in here? You were just in there!

72 COSMO TIMMYUh...no I wasn't?

73 DADWell, that settles that. But you know you're not supposed to eat sweets this late at night...

(notices Timmy is now green)...or change from pink to green.

74 MOM Off to bed now.

Cosmo slinks off.

DISSOLVE TO:

TIMMY'S BEDROOM - LATER THAT NIGHT.

Wanda/Timmy and Cosmo/Timmy are in bed, scowling as Timmy hovers over them.

75 TIMMYSee? I've got a rule book too. It's called 'Mom and Dad'. Not so easy bein' a kid is it?

76 WANDA TIMMYYeah, well... just wait. You're in for your own rude awakening tomorrow.

77 TIMMY(sarcastic) Let me guess. I have to use magic to solve all my problems?

78 WANDA TIMMYNot your problems. OURS! Tomorrow's Saturday and that means wishes, wishes and more wishes! And as our Fairy Godparent you have to grant them all! No matter how stupid!

Timmy waves his wand and POOF! - He turns into an OCTOPUS and completely crashes around the fishbowl.

79 COSMO TIMMYAnd, Man, am I all over that! Good night, Squiddly Diddly!

Wanda shuts the light off. ANGLE ON TIMMY, STILL AN OCTOPUS. Timmy waves his wand... POOF! He's an EEL. Then a PUFFER FISH... then A JELLY FISH... then A SNAIL... etc... etc...

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. TIMMY'S BEDROOM - THE NEXT MORNING

Timmy's still desperately trying to get it right, Wanda and Cosmo wake up. POOF! Finally! Timmy's in the fishbowl WITH gills.

80 WANDA TIMMYGood morning, Timmy!

81 COSMO TIMMYGood morning, Timmy!

82 TIMMYLook, Guys! I finally got the fish thing down! Look...Gills!

83 WANDA TIMMYThat's great, Timmy! I wish you were a puppy!

84 TIMMYBut...

85 COSMO TIMMYWe want a puppy!

POOF! Timmy becomes said PUPPY... with a fin and gills. But he's out of the fishbowl.

86 TIMMYDarn it! I still can't get that... (turns blue) Can't breathe! Need water!

Timmy as a dog shoves his face in the fishbowl.

87 WANDA TIMMYAnd I wish I had a hot fudge sundae!Come on! Lets pick it up, Kiddo!

88 TIMMYI'll try but...

89 VICKY (O.S.)Hey, Twerp! Guess who!

90 ALL THREEVICKY!

POOF! Timmy Fairy - still in dog mode - dives into the bowl. Suddenly, VICKY kicks the door open, cramming COSMO TIMMY behind it. Vicky talks to Wanda/Timmy.

91 VICKYYour parents are in a giant robot fight and I'm in charge! Guess what rhymes with 'chores'? (grabs Wanda Timmy) CHORES!!!!

Vicky pulls out a LONG LIST OF CHORES, hands the list to Wanda/Timmy and exits. Cosmo Timmy steps up and looks at

the list. Just then, Vicky re-enters. Wanda Timmy hides behind the door.

92 VICKY (CONT'D)And here's the second half of the...

(staring at Green Timmy)Hey... you're green. AND YOU DON'T HAVE MY LIST!

Vicky whips out a LAPTOP COMPUTER and prints out another SHEET OF PAPER.

93 VICKY (CONT'D)Good thing I made back-ups, twerp!

She storms out of the room, slamming the door behind her.

94 WANDA TIMMYLook at all this stuff she's making us do!

95 COSMO TIMMYThis is going to take forever without magic! But luckily...

96 WANDA & COSMOWe've got a Fairy Godparent!

ON FISHBOWL - On Timmy - now a DOG/FISH with a SCUBA TANK.

97 TIMMYWhat?

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. TIMMY'S YARD - AFTERNOON

Wanda/Timmy is struggling to carry a huge BAG OF GARBAGE. The bag rips open, sending GARBAGE everywhere.

98 WANDA TIMMYOh, Godparent!

POOF! Timmy runs up as a SQUIRREL.

99 TIMMYWhat now?

100 WANDA TIMMYI wish the trash was somewhere else.

101 TIMMYOkay...

102 WANDA TIMMYVicky!

POOF! Timmy turns into an Octopus again and slithers off screen. Vicky gets in Wanda/Timmy's face.

103 VICKYHA! Pick up the trash and the octopus, twerp!

Vicky storms off.

CUT TO:

EXT. TURNER BACKYARD - CONTINUOUS

The burning SUN beats down as Cosmo/Timmy trims the HEDGES.

104 COSMO TIMMYThere! All nice and symmetrical! Wow! I didn't even know I knew that word!

Just then, two gigantic fighting ROBOT/CARS tumble through scene crushing everything in their path.

105 DADMy hedges! Curse you, Dinkleberg!

POOF! Timmy/Fairy arrives on the scene. He still has two TENTACLES hanging off his body.

106 COSMO TIMMYMan, am I glad you're here! I wish the hedges were fixed!

Timmy wearily raises his wand.

107 TIMMYWhen do I get to have fun?

SFX: THOOOOOM! The Dad robot returns.

108 COSMO TIMMYIt's your Dad!

POOF! Timmy becomes a BALLOON and gets blown away by the wind.

109 TIMMY Hey! Wha..? Whoaaaa!!!!!!!!

110 COSMO TIMMYLook out for the Dinklebergs!

ON TIMMY - FLOATING THROUGH THE SKY - AS HE FLOATS, WE SEE THE GIANT ROBOT BATTLE IN THE BACKGROUND.

111 TIMMYMan, I just can't get the hang of this fairy business! I need training. That's it! I'll go to Fairyworld and learn how to be a better fairy than Cosmo or Wanda!

Timmy waves his wand and... POOF!

CUT TO:

EXT. SCARYWORLD - CONTINUOUS

Timmy pops in next to a WEREWOLF.

112 TIMMYFairyworld?

113 WEREWOLFScaryworld.

114 TIMMYYou're not that scary.

115 WEREWOLFYeah, well here's a PHOTO of your Grandma's feet!

116 TIMMYAaagh! It burns!

POOF! Timmy disappears.

CUT TO:

EXT. HAIRYWORLD - CONTINUOUS

Timmy lands in a lush, forest-like world where everyone looks like Sasquatch.

118 SASQUATCH #1Hairyworld.

A COW - with WINGS - pops in.

119 COW FAIRYDairyworld?

120 TIMMYHairyworld.

121 COW FAIRYDARN IT!

Timmy waves his wand again and POOF!

CUT TO:

EXT. FAIRYWORLD - CONTINUOUS

Timmy does it! He finally makes it to Fairyworld.

122 TIMMYFairyworld! I did it!

He is instantly grabbed by the throat by JORGEN who makes him start doing Wand-ups.

123 JORGENWand-ups, new fairy! Now!

On Timmy starting his wand-ups, we...

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. TIMMY'S FRONT LAWN - LATER

An exhausted Cosmo/Timmy pushes the LAWN MOWER. Vicky walks behind him, seeding more lawn and watering it. It literally grows as he mows.

124 VICKYWow! A green twerp with a green thumb!

125 COSMO TIMMYExactly why do I have to do what you tell me?

126 VICKYBecause sixteen beats ten!

(shows fist)

And this beats everything! Now move it!

127 COSMO TIMMYMan, being ten stinks!

On Cosmo fuming, we...

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. FAIRYWORLD - CONTINUOUS

An exhausted Timmy is still doing Wand-ups.

128 JORGENOne million and six! One million and seven...

129 TIMMYOh man...Jorgen's worse than Vicky!

130 JORGENYour wand skills are pathetic! This calls for my extra special brand of tough love!

131 TIMMYBut... I don't see any love here.

132 JORGENThat's what makes it tough!

Jorgen raises his MIGHTY WAND and with a POOOOOM! They disappear. We...

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. TIMMY'S HOUSE - LATER

An exhausted Wanda/Timmy does DISHES. Cosmo hides under the GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

133 WANDA TIMMYWow, this reeks! Where's our Fairy Godparent?

134 COSMO TIMMYWhat difference does it make? As long as Vicky's around we can't make wishes!

Wanda Timmy puts the last dish down. Vicky enters carrying a GARBAGE BAG and picks up a DISH out of the sink.

135 VICKYWow! It's so clean I can see myself!

Vicky dumps the garbage bag into the sink.

136 VICKY (CONT'D)And now I can't! Good thing the garbage disposal's busted! Start shoveling! I'll be busy sleeping!!!

Vicky hands Wanda/Timmy a SHOVEL and prances happily O.S. Wanda/Timmy looks at Cosmo/Timmy.

137 WANDA TIMMYShe's worse than Jorgen!

CUT TO:

EXT. THE FAIRYWORLD FOREST - LATER

Timmy crosses a ROPE BRIDGE suspended over a giant GORGE.

138 TIMMYHow does this help me in being a Fairy Godparent?

139 JORGENTo hone the magic reflexes! A needy child could wish for anything at any given moment! You must be ready!!!

Jorgen waves his wand and POOF! The rope bridge disappears causing Timmy to fall toward certain death. Jorgen, with his JETPACK WINGS, floats nearby.

140 TIMMYBig deal! I can fly!

Jorgen waves his wand again. POOF! No wings! Timmy drops like a rock.

141 TIMMY (CONT'D)AAAAAAAAA!!!

Jorgen appears beside Timmy as he falls.

142 JORGENSave yourself, new fairy! Think fast!!!!

143 TIMMYI...I... wait! That's it!!!

Timmy waves his wand and a POOF! A sea of VOLLEYBALLS appear in the canyon below him.

144 TIMMY (CONT'D)This fairy stuff is harder than I thought! And I'm sick of these things.

POOF! Jorgen appears next to him.

145 JORGENIf you don't like it, maybe you should go back to being a puny little human boy!

146 TIMMYYeah. I'm not much of a Godparent, but bein' a kid is one thing I know I'm really good at. But before I go...

Timmy waves his wand. POOF! The Cow from Hairyworld arrives and lands on Jorgen.

147 JORGENOoof!

148 TIMMYYes! It worked!

149 COW FAIRYDairyworld?

150 TIMMYFairyworld.

151 COW FAIRYDARN IT!!!

The cow shoots a stream of MILK at Timmy, coating him. He sighs, waves his wand and POOF!

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. TIMMY'S BEDROOM - NIGHT

A totally exhausted Wanda and Cosmo collapse on Timmy's bed as an equally exhausted Timmy returns covered in milk, Cosmo and Wanda are covered in grime and garbage. They all stare at each other for a beat... then...

152 COSMO, WANDA AND TIMMY(LAUGH THEIR ASS OFF)

153 TIMMYI didn't realize you have just as much gunk to deal with as I do. Jorgen's a creep!

154 WANDAYeah, well, Vicky ain't a trip to Cherryworld either.

155 COSMOOoo! Cherryworld! Can we go there?

156 WANDAI wish he had a muzzle.

POOF! Timmy poofs up a Jigsaw PUZZLE.

157 WANDA (CONT'D)Puzzle. Close enough.

158 TIMMYI thought being a fairy would be fun, but I learned it's more fun to be a kid because I have you guys to make it BETTER. So... uh...I'm, uh...

159 WANDAApology accepted, sport! We wish you were a kid again, and we wish we were Fairies again!

Timmy waves his wand and POOF! Cosmo and Wanda are fairies now... but COW FAIRIES.

160 TIMMYDarn it!

The cow fairy POOFS IN.

161 COW FAIRYDarn it!

BAM! Dad's robot crashes through Timmy's wall, with Dad at the controls. Cosmo and Wanda poof into the fishbowl. Dad looks a the cow, excitedly.

162 DADFinally! I can use this for my Milk Powered Engine!

163 COW FAIRYMoo?

Dad scoops up the cow and exits as we...

164 TIMMYDon't blame me, I'm just a kid.

FADE OUT.
