5. I know she has been sued by Al l en Kovac 's com pany regard ing my m anagemen trelat ionship with him, and that is an outrage and a t ravesty.

7 . I t is an und erstateme nt to say that I was very un happy w ith the services andcond uc t o f Al len K ovac . Am ong o ther th ings , he was d i s respec t fu l and rude to m y bus inessassoc ia tes , insu lt ed and verba l ly abused my f i anc, my lawyer , my fam i ly , my ass i st ants , and m yaccountan ts . I wanted very m uch to end the re la t ionship.

8. In fact, I only signed with his compan y in the first place because K ovac em ployedEric Sherman, a person I liked, and only because we agreed that Eric would be my m anagernotAllen.

9 . Even thou gh he agreed to stay out of things, Allen would no t stop interfering in mymatters and business, and I wanted to fire his com pany.

10 . After a contentious period, I finally was able to end my management contract withAllen Kovac's company and have any rem aining comm ission obligations transferred entirely toEric Sherman. This was m y decision after discussions with m y lawyer Dina, and I instructed herto proceed w ith a contract terminating m y relationship with Kovac's company.

1 2 .n that day, Allen Kovac and his company com pletely released me and all of myrepresentatives, lawyers, and agents, including Dina LaPolt and Eric Sherman, from any and allclaims relating to my managem ent agreement.
